My Background

I began my path into massage therapy at Cortiva Institute in 2010. It was then I decided to focus on neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, and sports massage .

My Approach

I've always been interested in a natural approach to pain management. Each session is customized and specific to the client's needs at the time of service. Each session may include treating chronic muscle pain, helping with post workout muscle soreness, increasing range of motion, or just a nice, relaxing massage.
